JOB PURPOSE:
- Provide assistance and carry out administrative tasks as required by the Engineering, Maintenance Department and Rig to ensure that the maintenance systems, equipment data, maintenance plans, procedures and schedules are updated and accurate.
- Provide training in maintenance and supply chain systems for onshore and offshore users ensuring company standards and policies are followed in the preventive maintenance department.
- Systematically review maintenance tasks with Technical Manager, Technical Safety Engineer and Rig Team to ensure applicability and compliance to local regulations, communicating regularly with corporate ERP on the process.
- Assist with monitoring and closure of ERP CAM Tickets.
- Attend and assist with company and regulatory maintenance audits as required both on and offshore.
- Liaise with corporate maintenance management team to ensure standardization across the company
- Review the quality of standard tasks within the Maintenance System and communicate deficiencies and non-conformities to corporate maintenance team.
- Review and maintain master data to support the CMMS Maintenance module and its use by maintenance personnel.
- Conduct comparative equipment analysis for optimization of maintenance routines maximizing up-time and minimizing operating costs.
- Assist in the development and ensure compliance of all maintenance data with master data standards.
- Visit Company rigs and audit quality and methods of CMMS Maintenance process being performed.
- Assist with ensuring integrity of master data within Supply Chain and Maintenance functions.
- Assist in developing and implementing plant maintenance routines in CMMS as required.
- Identify equipment master data changes and report to corporate maintenance as required to support maintenance and asset accounting.
- Assist with ensuring data input at the field level complies with all standards of plant maintenance required by the Company and local regulations.
- Assist with special reporting that supports Company's maintenance supervisors.
- Assist in the development, tracking and support of maintenance performance measurement and required analysis.
- Produce and distribute backlog reports and KPI figures as required
- Communicate with corporate maintenance team on company's IT administration regarding the plant maintenance module support and improvements.
- Conduct comparative equipment analysis for optimization of maintenance routines optimizing up-time and minimizing operating costs.
- Co-ordinate Division CMMS training for the Divisions rigs and onshore staff as required and provide ongoing system support onshore and offshore.
- Ensure all recommendations of Audits / Inspections by Company, Client, Certifying Authorities and Regulatory authorities are being dealt with.
- Attend Client and legislative audits representing the maintenance and supply chain systems
- Ensure all training data records are kept current
- Other duties as assigned.

- 5 to 10 years progressive experience and responsibility in the use and management of CMMS with preferred experience in JDE and previous experience in a maintenance function
- Understanding of Norwegian regulatory requirements for Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
- Good knowledge of Norwegian and English both verbally and written language.
- Structured, systematic, proactive & service focused.
Skills:
Minimum Required:
- Demonstrated proficient use of CMMS JDE Preferred
- Excellent data analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other appropriate software.
- Must have an excellent understanding of offshore operations and requirements of a support organization.
