Duration: ASAP and one year duration
Purpose of position / general responsibility:
Responsible for all aspects of daily project control for operated fields and other projects in company
The position supports the company Operations Team and other teams in company with project control and with reporting during operation.
Tasks:
- Project control within the operated licenses and projects in company
- Assistance within reporting, cost and budget update, forecasting in PIMS
- Maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Prepare monthly reports, cost reports, cost curves and commitment reports in PIMS
- Input to accruals and cash-calls to the finance department
- Maintain the export routine from Amesto to PIMS and necessary actions against OMEGA
- Follow up Contracts and Frame Agreements
- Supporting tendering processes (ITT)
- Maintain yearly Work Program and Budget
- Maintain manpower planning and budget
- Control of invoices against value of services and goods received
- Prepare and maintain requisitions, follow up of Variation Orders
- Support project planning and progress reporting
- Prepare and attend Quarterly Performance Reviews with main Contractors
- Daily follow up and control of offshore campaigns / work towards budget and contract value
- Inventory management for the operated fields
- Participate in license committees as agreed
- Establish and maintain baseline in PIMS
Formal education: Minimum 3-years bachelor’s degree within finance and administration, or similar adequate education or experience
Professional experience:
- Experience from similar positions, preferably within the same industry.
- Experience with PIMS and Excel are an advantage
