Our client's Procurement and Supplier Relation (PSR) organization consist of 5 business units:
Drilling, Well & Interventions (DWI), Subsea, Engineering & Construction (SEC), Operations (OP), Corporate Services (CS), Compliance, Improvements & Analyses (CIA).
We are looking for a motivated Contract Lead / Procurement Specialist within the Drilling, Well and Interventions area.
The DWI team is a global team with a diverse set of contracts. Be prepared for both small and large tasks that in all ways will help you develop your commercial understanding.
Our client is organized in a competence center, giving employees the opportunity to develop either a deep or broad competence within procurement and supplier relations while employed in PDP PSR.
Description about task and responsibilities:
- In your everyday work you will do a wide range of tasks and here are some examples:
- Establish Specific Procurement Strategy according to business need and relevant Category Strategy
- Prepare evaluation procedure
- Plan and conduct negotiations
- Contribute to the establishment and management of a risk-based follow-up plan, linked to strategic objectives
- Contribute to ensure agreement understanding and compliance (training of contract users)
- Safeguard correct use of the contract
- Collaboration with internal partner / customers
- Collaboration with external suppliers
- Stakeholder management
- Initiate and implement improvements

Preferred education: relevant Bachelor / Master’s degree or equivalent.
