In this project you will have the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team aiming to "Deliver the Wells of Tomorrow".
The wells of tomorrow will be realized by challenging conventional truths, use of new technology and high-quality teamwork.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the well completion solutions based on best available technology, efficient operations and quality through lifetime of the wells.
Contribute to deliver “the wells of tomorrow”.
Be a part of the well delivery from early planning, via operation to production start.
Typical tasks will include:

- Seek and implement lessons from suppliers, other operators and within company
- Ensure continuous improvement during planning and operations.
- Challenge technical solutions and the “established truths”
- Delivering Main Drilling and Wells- and individual completion programs.
- Support ongoing operations, onshore and offshore.
- Participate in technology implementation.
