We is seeking a skilled and experienced Wellsite Drilling Engineer to support offshore operations on a temporary basis. This is a senior-level role within the Drilling and Wells category, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to safe and efficient execution of offshore drilling and completion activities.
Work Location: Offshore, 2/4 rotation
Duration: From December 2025 until 31.12.2026
Main Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day onsite monitoring and reporting of rig-based well activities
- Ensure operations comply with the client’s and Rig Contractor’s Management Systems
- Liaise with the Drilling Contractor and third-party service providers to ensure safe and cost-effective execution of the drilling/completion program
- Support the Company Drilling Supervisor with engineering expertise
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on operations, equipment, and performance
- Capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Relevant M.Sc. degree (extensive experience may compensate for formal education)
- Solid technical understanding of drilling and wells planning and operations
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
